noun か何か is a very common pattern

多分酔っ払いか何かに壊されたんだ。 It was probably broken by a drunk or something.

これって何が最新モデルかなんか。 Is this like a new model type or something?

あそこに行ける道具か何かが見つかるかもしれないだろう Maybe we can find a tool or something that can make us able to go there?
