私が日本に行くのは富士山が上がるからです。 (The reason of) the visit to japan is because of climbing mount Fuji.

When expressing what material something is made from Material is used if the thing clearly looks like it's made from that material. から is more suitable when you cannot visually judge what materials are used to make the product.
~~ぶどうで~~ワインを作ります。 ぶどうからワインを作ります。 make wine out of grapes
水は{酸素|さん}と{水素|すいそ}からできている。 Water is made up from oxygen and hydrogen.
命は悩みと苦しみからできているんだなあ Life consists of worries and suffering
人間は体と心からできている。 Human beings consist of their body and a heart/mind.
